Frequently asked questions
Do I still need an accounting package or an accountant?
Not an accounting package: full bookkeeping is included, VAT returns too. An accountant can look along with a login of their own, or receive an audit file for the annual accounts.
Do I have to move my website or domain?
No. You start on yourname.praktijkwerkt.nl. We connect your domain when you're ready.
I already have a website, or only Instagram. What then?
The assistant uses it as a starting point: copy, treatments, prices, opening hours and colours. Only when you switch your domain over does the new website take over.
What does the smart assistant do?
It answers questions via WhatsApp and the chat on your website with your treatments, prices and available times, and can book an appointment. You switch it on or off and can take over any conversation.
Do I pay commission per booking?
Never. One fixed price per month, however many bookings come in. Your clients stay your clients.
Can I bring over my clients?
Yes, from Excel or from your current software. We'll help you with it.
